Median being added to Tenth Line

A short-term construction project is begining this week on Tenth Line at the railroad crossing near the Lisgar GO station. Crews will be adding a median in the centre of the roadway to make it easier for pedestrians who are crossing Tenth Line to get to and from the GO station. It will serve as a ‘landing pad’ so pedestrians only have to wait for a gap in traffic one lane at a time. The project is expected to last about three weeks. Please take care in the area during construction and, as always, stay safe… whether you are a driver or walker.
