COMMUNITY MEETING ON NINTH LINE LANDS

A planning consultant for the developer, Mattamy Homes, will present the latest draft of the site plan for public review and feedback. Staff from the city’s planning and works departments will also be available to answer questions and receive comments.
This is the second community meeting I am hosting on this development. I have worked with the developer to incorporate many of the suggestions from the first meeting into this latest draft. I am excited about how this project is moving ahead and believe it will be a wonderful, livable community and a positive addition to our Ward 10 family of neighbourhoods.
