With a rise in auto thefts across Peel, including our ward, I am hosting a virtual townhall meeting with Peel Regional Police to talk about what vehicles are most vulnerable, how to report a theft, and how to protect yourself from being victimized.
Officers from Peel Police’s 11 division’s criminal investigations team and crime prevention unit will present data and statistics related to recent thefts in our community and provide tips on preventing this crime. They’ll answer your questions on this topic as well.
