I am hosting two in-person community meetings related to development projects in the Lisgar neighbourhood. For those that may be interested in both meetings, I am conveniently hosting them back-to-back on the same evening.
Community Meeting #1 –Wednesday, June 21, 2023 – 6:30 pm

Community Meeting #2 –Wednesday, June 21, 2023 – 7:30 pm

re: Greenpark Homes: Lisgar Drive —vacant property north of Doug Leavens Blvd
The developers and planners for both projects will present the draft site plan applications to the public for comments and questions. There will be a 10-minute break between meetings to allow members of the public to leave or join the meeting that is of interest to them.
Ninth Line
This will be the second community meeting on Mattamy’s development application along the Ninth Line. A lot of work and revision has taken place since the first plan was presented on October 16, 2019. Public input has and continues to be an important part of this process.
Lisgar Drive
This will be the first community meeting on Greenpark’s development application, although I have already met with them several times in order to ensure an appropriate site plan proposal was submitted that would fit the character and feel of the existing neighbourhood.
