I went on site Friday morning and visited with Black Walnut Trail residents who were already hard at work cleaning up their flooded basements. My executive assistant, David Raakman, took a few photos:

water in outflow trench in Sixteen Mile Creek near Smoke Tree Road

water level rising in Osprey Marsh

flooding in Lisgar GO parking lot

On Saturday morning, I knocked on the doors of several homes along Black Walnut Trail and spoke to a few residents about their basement flooding and left my business card with those who were not home. Investigating this latest round of flooding and working toward a solution is my top priority.
