I want to thank the approximately 100 people that attended the community meeting I held on June 21, 2023 where Greenpark presented its development proposal to the public for comments and questions. The site for this development is located on the east side of Lisgar Drive between Beacham Street and Doug Leavens Boulevard.

The timeline for construction of this development is not confirmed, though as an infill application, it may move through the site plan process more quickly than larger projects typically would. Construction may begin as soon as later this year or early next.
